Introduction.

fifth avenue. glory. I first went to new York city when I was 15. once I first stepped onto that street, as many will say, I fell in love. this just made me want to upgrade my fashion sense. don't get me wrong, I never dressed BAD, just never... interesting. visiting fifth avenue made me want to do something better. this is where it all started. my fashion obsession. if I'm not always the first one at my school to access the latest trend, I fall apart. i need to feel that I'm always just a step ahead of everyone else.

fashion. fashion is what gives me confidence.

I've broadened my accepted designers from then to now. I REALLY like Michael kors, Oscar de la renta, Marc Jacobs, and Donna Karan. I've learned that I have expensive taste, therefore I settle for designers that won't break the bank. I'm not one who has to have a huge name brand plastered on my clothes; I just want to be fashionable, yet sensible, which now is where I'd like to share my advice. many of us, including myself, read teen vogue. that magazine depresses me. they assume every reader is a multi-millionaire. news flash, but I'M not. you don't need to spend $583 on a new tee and $789 on a new necklace. fashion isn't always about name brands.actually, it's not at all. wear what YOU say is chic- not what your so-called 'favorite' designer tells you to. you can quote me.
